Creating a seamless online experience was at the forefront of the design for Church Orchestra Music, a one-stop-shop for music ministers and orchestra arrangers. The site has an extensive catalog featuring almost 20 music arrangers and hundreds of charts for various occasions, therefore, the website needed to be intuitive and user-friendly.
We needed an accessible way for users to filter the product to find exactly what they were looking for. While Squarespace lacked a built-in option, the Universal Filter plugin from SquareWebsites was seamlessly integrated. This allowed users to filter titles by arranger, song length, beats per minute, ensemble, and season. The brilliance of this feature lies in its ability to remember user settings, ensuring a personalized and efficient browsing experience.
A crucial aspect of the redesign focused on the checkout process. All purchased items are automatically sent to customers for download, ensuring a fast and hassle-free experience. This streamlined process, combined with the comprehensive filtering system, contributes significantly to the website's overall ease of use.
Church Orchestra Music continues to experience year-over-year growth, with the website's user-friendly design playing a pivotal role in attracting and retaining customers.
